How do I withdraw?

You can withdraw your available cash balance, including prizes you have won. Entry credit and loyalty points are not withdrawable.

Before your first withdrawal there are two one time steps:

1. 1Verify your identity. From Settings open Identity verification and provide your legal name, date of birth, country, address, and a government issued ID. This is required to release a payout.
2. 2Add a payout method. Save a bank account or a crypto wallet to receive your funds.

Then, from the Wallet page choose Withdraw, pick your method, and enter the amount. The minimum withdrawal is $10. Requests are reviewed before they are released, and you can track the status of each one from the same page.
