How do I withdraw?

You can withdraw your available cash balance, including cash prizes. Entry credit and loyalty points are not withdrawable.

Before your first withdrawal there are two one time steps:

1. 1Verify your identity. From Settings open Identity verification. This is required to release a payout.
2. 2Add a payout method. Save a bank account or a crypto wallet to receive your funds.

Then, from the Wallet page choose Withdraw, pick your method, and enter the amount. The minimum withdrawal is $10, and you can withdraw up to $5,000 per 24 hours. Our team reviews each request before it's paid out, and you can track the status of each one from the same page. If a request is declined, the amount goes back to your balance.
