Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification is a one time step required before you can withdraw funds.

To release a payout we confirm who you are. This is a one time step and is required before your first withdrawal.
From Settings open Identity verification and provide:
- Your legal name and date of birth. You must be 18 or older.
- Your country and address.
- A government issued ID, such as a passport, national ID, driver's license, or residence permit, with a clear photo.
You do not need to verify your identity to join competitions or to trade, only to withdraw. Once your details are approved you can withdraw at any time.
